The back row and the front row areas are divided by these three meters.
Many volleyball guide books have an explanatory volleyball court diagram which clearly depicts the volleyball court dimensions. Much of today's volleyball is played on sand courts. There are others that are played on wooden and concrete courts. And when talking about the drawings of a volleyball court, it is to be done using a white marker or paint when it comes to a cement or metallic volleyball court. The dimensions of the volleyball court are all the same no matter where you go. Some of the volleyball courts are indoor ones while there are many that are outdoor ones. Court dimensions do not change with the change in the location of the court.
When it comes to beach volleyball court dimensions, you should take care to have proper markings so that the dimensions are clearly met. The official size of beach volleyball court is 16 meters by eight meters and is measured from the outer edge of the boundary lines. This happens sometimes when using nylon ropes. Thus, the best material to use is nylon tape. The official volleyball court diagram will be available on almost all the sites that are about beach volleyball courts.
